What is the price of the transfers?

Are prices per person or per vehicle?

All prices shown are total prices per vehicle.

How many people can travel in the vehicle?

The number of seats indicated is the maximum number of people that can travel in the vehicle in addition to the driver.
Children occupy one seat as well as adults.

How far in advance should the reservation be made?

We are 5 adults with 4 small children, Can we reserve an 8-seater vehicle?

We are sorry, but for both security and legal reasons, suppliers do not admit more people than those indicated.

We are arriving on different flights, is it possible to hire only one vehicle?

This is not possible, as if one of the flights were delayed, the rest of the passengers and the driver would have to wait at the airport.

What pick-up time do I have to indicate?

For airport transfers you must indicate the scheduled arrival time of your flight.
For transfers from the hotel you should NOT indicate the departure time of the flight, but when you want us to pick you up.

How can I know the flight number?

You will find the flight number on the physical tickets or in the booking confirmation email from the airline.
The flight number is usually composed of 2 letters and 4 numbers, e.g. IB6501.

How will we identify the driver?

The driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall – right after you pick up your bags – holding a sign with your name on it.

Is there a contact telephone number?

In the booking confirmation email you will find the name, email and emergency number of the supplier in case you cannot find the driver or have any problem.

Do I have to notify you if the flight is delayed?

It is not necessary, the company monitors the flights and knows exactly when they land.

How long does the driver wait?

Drivers wait up to 1 hour after the flight lands.
If for any problem you are delayed longer it would be advisable to call the contact telephone number.

If I contract roundtrip, when do I have to make the payment?

Although payment should be made in full on the day of arrival, most suppliers have no objection to paying half each way.

Do you have chairs for small children?

Child seats are provided by the suppliers according to the laws of the country (in 90% of the destinations they are mandatory).
When booking, do not forget to indicate the age of the children in the comments.

We are a big group and there are no vehicles with so many seats. In this case you should book two or more vehicles.
